Our Story
We have always loved a good bagel sandwich. We also always dreamed of taking the bagel sandwich and dining experience to the next level. In 2017, our dreams finally came true with the opening of our first Bruchelle’s Bagel Bistro.
Everything on the menu has been hand selected after first tasting, slicing and experimenting with before adding to the menu. Not only is taste important to us, but so is presentation.
At Bruchelle’s we make sure to always use the freshest ingredients so that from your first bite to when you can’t help but lick your fingers, you know our focus is on quality.
We take pride in our hand picked items and flavor pairings. From mouth-watering traditional boiled bagels, prime rib with caramelized onions and Gorgonzola cheese to Applewood smoked ham, Brie and apricot preserves, you will know special attention was paid to ensure satisfaction. Let’s not forget our selection of fine wines, craft beers and refreshing cocktails that will top off your delicious meal. All this adds up to the perfect dining experience, which is what we continuously strive for!
